Welcome to our virtual community that we have set up during these changing times. We are offering on demand classes. On demand means that you will receive a recording and you can practice the class at a time that suits YOU! Our current on demand classes include the hot flow, the hot fusion and yin yoga classes. The virtual week/month includes: 2 weekly flow recordings, 1 weekly fusion recording and a weekly virtual yin yoga class (also available as a recording).
Sign into the ON DEMAND / VIRTUAL classes and you will receive the recording or a link to the class. Each recording has a 4 day expiration date.

On the 5 class bundle you have to pre book your class via Mindbody and then you will receive the zoom link ahead of the class.
